Nisha Kumari

Nisha has been living with Pastor Harry and his family for three years now. Her father left the family when she was around 18 months old. Her mother is incapable of caring for her due to illiteracy as well as severe abuse from Nisha’s father rendering her mentally unstable. She also abandoned Nisha to marry another man. Nisha’s grandparents weren’t interested in caring for her and Harry’s daughter Josna brought her home to care for her after finding her very weak and dying on the street. Under the care of the Singh family and Robin’s Nest, Nisha is now very healthy and active. She passed her kindergarten classes and is now in year 1. Her favourite subject is maths. She loves playing carom board, dolls and cars. She also enjoys singing. Her favourite colour is red. Her health is generally good.
