Preeti Ram

Rev Emmanuel Lyall and his wife Anju visited a village to do ministry in Nancia. One of our local leaders Manesh Kumar introduced us to Tulsi Ram who was taking care of Mr & Mrs Ram’s daughter Preeti and her siblings. Her father Panthiram died on 16 April 2007 and her mother died 24 April 2007.

We found the children in very poor condition, wearing torn clothes, not getting proper food or education. Mr Tulsi Ram does labouring in the field, but the money he earns is not enough for them all to survive on. They were only able to have one meal per day. Now Preeti is in Robin’s Nest Childrens Home, she is very happy and is beginning to have her needs met of receiving 3 meals a day, loving care and an education.
