Denis Jomo

Denis’s parents both died of HIV in 2002. Jackson found Denis in the care of his grandmother who was incapable of taking adequate care of him. He used to sleep on a mat with an old torn blanket as covering.

Since coming into the care of Robin’s Nest, he’s discovered he enjoys football, drawing, singing, dancing, praying, moulding and bicycle riding. He helps out with household chores like sweeping and washing dishes. His general health is now good. He repeated first class due to poor performance, earning an A second time around. He’s active and talkative but lacks confidence at this stage.
