The child was living with the mother on the streets, but because the mother was violent and mentally challenged, the child was unsafe. The night before she arrived at RN the mother and child were raped. A good Samaritan found the child bleeding and took her to the Police. The Police and Social Worker drove to RN and asked if we would take the child in. The main source of food was from the town dump sites.
